About an existing order

Quote your order number, which appears on your confirmation email and under My Orders when you are signed in. With the order number in hand we can usually resolve a delivery question in a single reply.

To cancel or return something, please read the Cancellation & Refund Policy first — it sets out the windows and what we need from you, and following it makes the refund faster.

Grievance officer

As required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, complaints that our support team has not resolved may be escalated to our grievance officer.
